"Couch Party," directed by the incredibly talented Nachela Knox, takes you on a comedic adventure with Briella. Fleeing an abusive relationship, she finds herself in Maple Creek, a town filled with eccentric charm and unexpected turns. This film artfully combines humor with poignant moments, making it a journey of dreams, risks, and serendipity. 🛋️✨

Date: Fridays & Saturdays, Starting February 2nd to June 1st

Time: Fridays from 4-6 PM | Saturdays from 12-2 PM

Venue: Peeler Recreation Center, 1300 Sykes Ave, Greensboro, NC 27405

Cost: $50/month

This is your child's ticket to the thrilling world of filmmaking, where ideas ignite and dreams take flight. Receive the following:

  1. Scriptwriting Mastery: Weave compelling stories and craft dialogue that resonates.
  2. Directing Techniques: Lead a crew and cast to translate scripts into visual tales.
  3. Acting Workshops: Embrace character roles and perform with confidence.
  4. Editing Essentials: Transform raw footage into a polished narrative.

Guidance comes from professional filmmakers who are as passionate about teaching as they are about cinema. They'll share their expertise and mentor your child every step of the way, ensuring that each participant gains practical skills with industry-standard equipment.

TAB Arts Center Non Profit Weekend Film Camp begins, January 14th-March 26th

Alzheimers Art Workshops

Workshops by appointment


We work with seniors and individuals suffering with Alzheimer's to develop their gross and fine motor skills, as well as ignite their memories through a variety of art therapy methods, such as visual art, geriatric yoga, dance, music and more.

We will come to any assisted living, nursing home or private classes of 10 people or more. Must request an appointment for workshops.
